Our mission is to assist individuals, families and businesses who wish to 'free up' time to enhance the quality of their overall lives. Our service strives to support new parents, retirees, and overworked people who have “to-do” lists full of tasks they don't enjoy doing. Essential Errands and Concierge Services helps clients on the Sunshine Coast, BC achieve a balance in life between what they need to do and what they want to do.
Services We Provide: 7 days a week - you name it, we can do it!
- Shopping / Errands – Groceries, pharmacy needs, gifts, postal requirements, dry cleaning drop off and pick up, courier services, pick up and return movies and library books, home or office plant & pet care, trips to the pet groomers, waiting for service people to arrive at your house… anything you need!
- Surgery or Illness Recovery – While you are recuperating and can't get out of the house, let us help by getting those essential errands done.
- Elderly Assistance – Errands as needed, appointment booking or reminding. If you are unavailable, or from out of town let us provide piece of mind that your loved one is okay!
- Businesses – We can bring coffee or lunch to you, deliver supplies to your place of business, transport documents between offices, and research venues/supplies for business meetings & parties. Why waste time running around town when we can do it for you? Let us bring you lunch, and run your errands while you enjoy it!
- Vehicle Service – We will take your vehicle in for an oil change, tune-up, repairs, car wash/detailing or inspection. We will pick up and return it to your desired location.
- Wedding Assistance – Worried about getting the endless running around done prior to and during a wedding? We can help! We are happy to pick up and deliver flowers, decorations and supplies, transport items between involved parties and to scheduled venues. Just advise us what needs doing and we will take care of it for you. - Help At A Distance - Not on the Sunshine Coast, BC??? If you're from out of town and have a loved one here celebrating a special event or in need of something? We can research services, and/or purchase and deliver any item(s) to them on your behalf!
- Holiday Decorating - Imagine having one less thing to do during the holidays! We can purchase holiday decorations of your choice and put them up for you, freeing up precious time while making your home delightfully festive.

Suzanne is a life-long resident of the Sunshine Coast. While raising a family in the Roberts Creek area, she pursued a variety of educational and recreational interests. Suzanne was eventually able to follow her dream to become a nurse, and completed her degree at UBC in 2005. She is currently employed as a Registered Nurse at a local residential and hospice care facility, and oversees the quality of services provided at Essential Errands and Concierge Services, Sunshine Coast, BC. |

Linda, initially drawn to the Sunshine Coast, BC by the beauty of the area, has made Roberts Creek home. Prior to moving here, Linda spent eight years as a Police Officer (Officer of the Year in 1984) and then conducted Historical Research for Environmental Studies. She is committed to living and working from an environmentally-conscious perspective. This prior training makes Linda uniquely qualified to assist Essential Errands and Concierge Services' clients with her willingness to help people, a solid level of research skills and a well-honed attention to detail. For Essential Errands and Concierge Services, Linda provides professionalism, friendliness and above all - top quality service. |

Our Pricing...
For Errands and Concierge Services: we charge only $24.00 per hour. That breaks down to, and can be billed by, 15 minute increments of $6.00. Time begins when we leave the office. The first 20 kilometers of travel are included in the cost. Any additional mileage is charged at a rate of $0.35 per km.
